well i guess an explaintion is needed
i tryed to post a picture of my project and i failed maybe some help is needed
the project is to put a chevy 350cubic inch (5.7) engine in the middle and cross ways using the power train from a pontiac fiero that i was given back in the early summer
i built a new chassis and roll cage using a gutted body by rust and have fitted the engine and transmission and i think it is looking good

I used to have a Fiero - the biggest pile of dog poo I ever owned.
That's the Auto box isn't it? Will it take the torque? AFAI remember, the 2.8 Fiero only put out 170ft/lbs the 5.7 is going to be around double that.
All that we know, is hate and machinery.

Oooo!

That looks like a rather clever way of doing a rear engined Mini.

And a hooooooge engine

Am I right thinking that you're aiming to fit trailing arms off those brackets just behind the doors?

I've seen this mini in person. the original back half of the mini shell will mount to the frame using dzeus clips. just like a removable front end on a mini but, on the back!

350hp

as joltfreak stated the rear sheetmetal will be remount with dzus fastners
the brakets are for the rear trailing arms and used with coil overs no ,strut
yes tranny is the auto that can with the fiero but was the same model(th200) used behind some v8 in the 70s rear wheel drive cars
if it fails willhave to finf a 5 speed from a gt
still try to post pic
