Default Alternator bearings

My Denso alternator bearings have gotten very noisy and when I was out last night the belt squealed a couple of times, I've checked to tension and it's ok, so the question is has anyone replaced to bearings in a Denso alternator before and is it an easy job? I suppose taking it off and stripping it down would be the easy answer to see how hard it is! I was just wanting to save some time if it's not possible to do.

Cheers.

Sorted now! alternator apart with no breakages, bearings ordered and they'll be with me tomorrow. All's good!
