Default spaceframe floor

Hi, can anybody help,We wish to build a spaceframed mini. I would like to know what the floor base size is. Just the base to take rollcage and mini body.

Hello steve, thanks for the drawings, I have measured the inside the shell from inside the sill and the length to where the beam will fit, I rang Bill richards, for the size of the maquire chassis, and with yours I now have three different sizes, please help, I want to order steel. thanks dave.

thers no set size,
that's the good thing about building a space frame it gives you chance to make it your very own,, for the better based on your own knollage and skills,[I hope]

As Shaun says. there isn't a definite set size, Depends what you are using it for?
Because our mini is track only we cut the floor out at the outer sill lip and boxed it in, See pick, the frame then fits between the vertical section of the inner sill, Because we are using unequal length wishbones and not a beam, Our frame will be a different length to yours,

And money!!! If you work out how much you think you will spend on building one, then double it!

Buying a done one like marks is cheaper! I know it would have been for me.
