BMW K head RS vs LT cams

Just wondering if anyone here has experience with both and can give a detailed comparison such as Idle smoothness, Cammy behavior, power increase. And where in the powerband the increase was. This is NA. I have done the LT setup and really liked it but am wondering if a set of RS cams is worth switching over to. Aaron

I was given this Dyno comparison from SC when I was looking into a 16v engine for my old Clubbie Estate

The LT outperforms the RS upto 6K and the RS only give the extra power and torque thereafter. That chart made my mind up that I'd have gone with the LT cams as it looks much more driveable and smooth with a less peaky delivery
