Hey [emoji1360] sure he’s £45 a wheel. He shot blasts too. All gets pressure tests etc! Usher motorsport near fakenham, norfolk.
He did my mk2 golf rims and the smart car wheels on my boys trike I made him. Does an awesome job.

A decent disc and pad on there and you’ll be fine, even if you don’t get near that target weight.

And thank you!
I’ll look for some good ones. Always good to go thru a set of brakes, they are quite important haha
I’m hoping to run straight off the mini master cylinder

I'm now running drilled/grooved MGF disc's from on of the ebay shops and Mintex 1144 pads with standard yellow tag master cylinder and 1/2 rear slaves, like a couple of the other Watsons builds on here. They do need a little more pressure when first off the drive or out the garage but after that their fine and if needed when you stand on the pedal you can just about lick the screen!

You are probably going to end up with the rear brakes being overkill. Add an adjustable brake bias in the pipe to rear as it will want to spin you around with brakes on rear being so powerful. If tha does owt fo nowt, olas do it fo this 'en.

Cheers buddy, appreciate that!! I was wondering about bias, and which would have the most stopping power if you know what I mean? Thanks [emoji1360]
