did have a build diary before the server crashed will add some pics again can't remember what stage the build was at before the crash so will add some pics and carry on from here.

Small update clutch pipe made, re-adjusted the alternator to line up better, oil filter pipes fitted, fuel pressure regulator fitted, both front wheel bearings replaced, also painted starter motor and fitted that.

Boost pipes nearly finished just waiting for a couple bends to arrive also replaced the cv joints made a start on the down pipe but ran out of gas for the welder getting some tomorrow so Will hopefully finish that soon.

Had a problem with the drive shaft not sitting in the diff correctly, turned out I had the wrong cv joints so ordered mgf one and they fitted perfect but had to remake both shafts

I have to say Jack, you have ruined this with the intercooler stuck out like that. I thought you had the brilliant idea of moving the turbo to keep the standard looks. Now it's dead obvious again what's under the bonnet.

Plan for the rest is side exit exhaust, hole saw the a panels, paint will be a light shade of grey with black roof and interior is stripped out two bucket seats and roll cage.

So after a couple days of trying to get it running turns out on the 2nd hand head I bought had the cam pulleys was on the wrong dowels so swapped them over fired straight up!!

Bit more progress, exhaust is made, door cards fitted, made a start on the dash board just waiting for the digital dash to finish that, drilled the a panels, mini loom is nearly finished just got to make the rear half, also have found an intercooler that should fit under the bonnet!

Intercooler would look better set into the grill I reckon and be a little less vulnerable
