Like a plum I put my engine in before fitting the oil pressure sender and now it's up and running access is rather limited, any suggestions? Best option I can see is removing the driveshaft?

Really? I thought mine sat above the driveshaft. I think you should be able to do it with the driveshaft in place. Oh maybe if you have the split shaft arrangement it takes up more room...

bit of a faff but you should be able to get it without removing anythng
