I still don't get it, not everyone is affected as I'm still using PB and none of my images are blocked and I can still upload images and copy the IMG/URL codes.

Maybe it's the number of views to your images, I can't even download my own images now it just keeps looping around the verification thing

yesterday i downloaded the photobucket app (android) and this allowed my to download all my images to my phone. I then installer the flickr app and uploaded the lot onto that, was pretty easy and didn't take long. what will take time is going through all my posts and editing the link to the new flikr file.

Maybe they really don't like me as they won't let me download that way either

Last time I looked at my Build thread my images were still showing. I initially presumed they were cached on my pc so I checked on my phone and they still work.

Personally speaking all mine were uploaded from my pictures on my PC (backed up) so if they are lost it's not the end of the world, I can always upload them again.

Trying to get the the bottom of this. I have read the terms and conditions of use. This is what is affecting us.

------------------------------------

Taken from here. http://photobucket.com/terms

Visiting : There is no cost to visit the Site or to register as a Member.

Free account : Each individual Member gets one free account that provides 2 GB of free storage or space available for your original photo files, or videos under 10min. The free account does not allow any image linking or 3rd party image hosting. If a free account Member exceeds their Content Limit, their account will be immediately suspended and they will need to become a “Paying Member” (defined below) in order to continue accessing their account. You can upgrade to a Plus account at any time.

-------------------------------------

In my opinion that is me done with them. The site is super slow and absolutely full of adverts even though I use an ad blocker.

The only reason I use Photobucket is the file sharing service. They are now saying you cannot do that unless you pay.

I have moved to imigur and found their service much better. The images stored are the file size you take them in so can be huge when posted onto the forum. I have to reduce them which is no big issue.

Oz, where is the downloading link? I've got most on my PC anyway but would be better to back them all up.

Open the album you want to download and you will see this actions section on the right hand side lower section. I have clicked this on a few albums already and its not working for me but others say it has worked.

I haven't done it from Photobucket, all I mean is that all the photos I have uploaded to PB were from my PC so they are already on there and I back-up to an external hard drive so if I lose PB then I'm not losing any pics
