I am a bit confused on this, is this the new hill climb mini now? I know you had a huge fire with the old one but is the engine from that one in this one? have you got any updates??

Thanks
Kris

I have not touched this since my last post, a few real life things have got in the way. My other car will be back next year far better than ever, mock cylinders have been made & we are flow testing different cylinder heads etc. The engine is being rebuilt using science instead of guess work

Default Update

Having robbed this project for parts I decided to finish it off over Christmas.

I wasn't happy with a few bits on it, so decided to make some changes, fitted a large Vauxhall radiator:

Fitted a Lotus back box, with twin pipes:

Adapted a bumper to cover up the Actuator & give more room for the intercooler:

Fitted Swift GTI seats, front & rear:

Some nice Enkie 14" alloys from a Honda Type R:

Made up some cups from very hard Nylon to raise the rear end up, just in case it snows. Also raised the front end too:

The car is looking amazing!
I think it looks a lot less menacing and stealthy in the new colour.
Could be the colour and the fact you've raised it a bit but the arches don't look as wide.
Looking forward to seeing this in full swing next year, shame about MITP this year.
