If you're in "North America" you should be able to find one of these in a junk-yard for a few bucks.

James is actually in my home town, and I used one of the regs on my Swift turbo project. Works great... If you can't find one where you live, he may be able to track one down for you.

Also, MSD makes a cheap adjustable one, however good luck bringing it in. It seems it's listed, but I have yet to see one delivered. And beyond that you have your usual pricey $300CDN + adjsutable regulator. Try to avoid rising rate and design a system where you don't need such hard to tune gimmicks.
