Hi again Colin,

I spoke to Geoff at Watsons, and he says I need 48ET for the wheels and on the ebay link it says they're 22ET, what does this mean and does it make a difference?

Also I was under the impression you could only get away with using 6" wide wheels, so will the 7" wide jobbies still be ok?

I bought these when I couldn’t get the correct Minilites I wanted, but then eventually I could, but as I'd paid for these to be made, I had no choice but to have both sets in the end.

The ET is my effort to get the wheels further inside the arches, the ET 22 is basically the bolt flange is 22mm to one side of what would be the centre of the wheel, Ideally I was looking for 5" in and 2" out. As I was trying to avoid the "wide boy" look on my 60's period car.

Geoff has recently converted a red 1600 hill climb/Sprint mini with these wheels, and it looks the business. He runs 2 sets, one with slicks on.

You'll need to discuss with him your wheel arch options, as I don't think the standard sports pack arches will legally cover them.

I'll include 24hr TNT shipping as discussed.

I go to Japan often as I have a Japanese wife and daughter that sometimes stay there there a while, Sounds very flash & expensive, but I fly as a courier, a round trip is only £199 inc tax!, downside is 23 hrs travelling each way. and you feel like death warmed up for a week.
