what sort of power increase can you expect ?what are peoples opion on the cams .just woundering if there worth the money as they seem pretty expensive :roll:

I can give you sites to look at when I get home. Don't have a list at work.
One off the top of my head is www.exospeed.com and another is webcams or je engineering but you'll have to do a search. If you search for B16 cams you should get quite a list or whatever engine you are looking for.
