..and I would like to introduce myself and say hello to everyone!
I just found this site, and love it, it is right up my alley, I have been around mini's since before I could drive, (long long time ago), and it is still my all time favorite.
My name is Tony, portuguese by birth but living in california for some time now, back in 99 me and a friend did a mini/mr2 hibrid kind off thing, so I tought id post a pic here and a link to an article about it.
At the moment I am working on a tube chassis based on "grabercars" plans, hope to have it finalized soon, meanwile......take a look and tell me what you think please!

all i can say is wow :)

i love the body kits on those minis.

im doing a rwd vvc conversion in mine and been looking round for ideas on bodykits, with a view to making my own/adapting etc.

as the wheel stick out 5 inch either side on mine, that bodykit would suit mine down perfect. i also planned on putting in ducts to the engine in the rear from behind the doors

Move to England !!!!

Thank you rwdvvcmini :D
I am kind of proud off the design, the body kit kind off blends with the mini original lines, don't you think?
And....having made the molds for the complete body now....I wont be cutting up anymore minis!
As for moving to England, a couple years ago I had plans for that but unfortunatly they didn't go trough
Anyway, maybe by the time you need a body kit...I have something to offer, good luck and thanks again, Tony

Excellent minis you have there. I had seen the MR2 one before but the new one looks ace.

Keep up the good work and keep us posted...
