Hi guys,
Ive be surfing the forum for a while now, and i appreciate all the help and advise given.
I come time to start my Mini project. It was meant to be ready for a snowboarding road trip to Austria in April, but I cant see it happening now.

Anyway ive never done anything like this before, so dont be shocked by anything you see.

I bought this "gem" of a mini for too much money, after id bought it i realised i should have just bought a rubbish one, as id be gutting it anyway.

Then Bought some OBX throttlebodies, without really thinking about it.

I then bought a 6 point Geronimo cage (yet to fit, so still got the fun of modding it to fit). I also got a pair of fibreglass hill climb seats. They are tight as a nuns chuff, i can only just fit in, providing i have nout in my pockets.

I got some coilovers and a rear beam from huddersfield mini spares ( only took 1 month to arrive :P ).

So, being the impatient person that i am, i started tearing the mini apart, before i had the pieces to put it back together.

Im doing all of this without a garage or any storage, so its twice as fun :P

So ive cleaned up the front end a bit.

I bought a B18c6 engine off of pistonheads, which the guy took the money and did a runner. Ive given his details to the police and theyre in the process of getting it back for me.
While i was waiting for the money back i got bored and bought a B16a engine, which arrived the other day.

I soon realised that id have to move the fuel rail to the top of the itb's, so i did then had a test fit to see how much of the bulkhead has to come out.

Anyway thats the car as it stands.
Ive got some stage 3 Brian Crower cams on the way with titanium cam gears, spings, valves and such. So ill update when it all arrives.

I hope the pics load.

Cheers.
Ive got the allspeed frame, and its going into a std round nose.
Im gonna be buying a welder next week (once i get paid), so i can get the engine in and the gear selector set up. Ive also got a few holes to patch up.

How hard was it to move the fuel rail on the ITB?
Do you have any close-ups of them?
