Hi all me and my mate are putting a metro gti engine in a mini its a mpi engine does any one have any ifo on wiring just the engine loom into the mini loom like wiring diagrams :roll:

ah crap... i duno if the rover 400 loom i sthe same, but iv done it, jsut not wrote up proper diagrams yet. can scan my hand-written notes if you want though. this is for the late MPi setup with 5as alarm.

Has your engine got an alumimium or plastic inlet manifold? As a rule of thumb I think the ali ones use the 3AS which are easier to wire up.
