I am sure about the fact I saw a build of a very nice Suzuki-Mini on this Forum. It has a kind of big subframe. It was done with a hydraulic clutch of a mini on the arm of the suzuki clutch. It looked very simple.
I can not find that Topic anymore
Can you guys help me? A have been surching, but I did not find what I wanted.....

Hi,
You will need AWD Swift Gti slave cylinder and pin.
Also, I think you will need special piping to be made to make your mini cltuch cylinder to work.
I have slave cylinder and pin.
I have original pipe connection from Suzuki.
If you want them, give me an offer and I will send you all.
There was topic for how to in do this in teamswift web site.
As long as using mk2 gearbox, you can do this easy.
Cheers

Hi i have a standard mini cluch setup.
I use the standard slave and standard mastercylinder and a special made steel braided hose on my Suzuki build and it works well. But I have only done about 150km yet.

Hi Welder:
I have seen the photo of your mini clutch cylinder on the G13B engine. It looks great, and so simple also.
I am considering doing the same thing with mine. Have you had a chance to use it much since the build? How has it worked ? Have you had any problems with it? Would you do anything differently if doing it again? Did you use an adjustable push rod? Do you use a return spring as well?
I know, lots of questions, but I really need to know the answers.
Many Thanks

This is how mine is at the moment. Earlier it was much more like the Welder's setup but I had to change the angle because I had trouble with engaging the gear (the travel distance was too long for the slave cylinder) also there weren't any 'free play' so the bearing was in touch with the clutch almost all the time. With the current setup there's no need for the return spring and when the pedal is floored the gear change with no trouble at all. Well ok, I have driven less than 50km with the current setup but it's working way better than the earlier one :)
