They will see you doing it, and then just before you get there they will pop the 1000 - unless they're absolutely adamant that they are going to save themselves.

Anyway, action plan would be:

Plenty of new posts in the build diary - maybe one for every half hour you spend in the garage.
Click on the 'unanswered posts' link and answer every single damned one of them
Plenty of jokes in the Chit Chat forum.
Find plenty of good links, and post each one individually in the links section.
And finally, any post that is remotely funny, reply to it with :lol:

I was going to make this a double post, but then though I'd just be taking the p*ss!! I seem to already have a reputation for answering absolutely anything :twisted:

Normally I'm very quiet on forums as I normally just use them for reference, but after reading every single damned one (with the exception of Vauxhall - which I'll do one day soon) I felt that I had a bit of knowledge under my belt and felt justified in making myself heard :lol:
It's amazing how many posts there are that are about 6 or 7 months old that could easily be replied to.

I'm just content with the fact that I'm now in the top 10 posters and have the highest daily average :D :D

This forum's great fun though - there's loads of really nice people along with the odd strange one, and the token mean one (no names - you know who you are). And I've even got a free keyring as well. There's not that many forums that can offer you that :D

I'll dry up eventually!! The main reason I come on here is because I am itching to get on with my project. Unfortunately at the moment I've got some seriously noisy work to do (grinding and stuff), and just can't do it in the evenings. 24 posts in one day (well, probably 30 by the end of the day! ) - shiiiiiiiiit !!! You spend way too much time on here ! As for noise - I let my neighbours off by about 8:30 usually - although I did meet one of them in the local the other day who was bladdered and asked if I could start grinding a bit later than 8am that weekend as his hangovers always felt worse when he got woken by me !!!!!!

That's the cool thing about reading all the posts - you discover all these little gems of information :D I think it's a sticky in the members forum, but just ask Matt. There's also a sticky about windscreen stickers which I asked Matt about, but I'm not sure what's happening with those at the mo.

And I'll be busy for the rest of the day - someone just "accidentally" deleted all the services (files and registry entries) from out main external mail server thinking they were connected to a different one :roll: .
