loving the cage, did you say it was a roll centre one? think i might got one myself but was just woundering have you mounted the rear shocks to the cage because it looks like you dont have to much in the back :) ? im sort of thinking about doing the same
any progress since your last post?

been a while since i have touched the mini, been a little busy however today a mate came round and we sorted out the garage so i can see the mini and lifted it up high so i can work on the underside, so hopfully work can progress, heres a couple of pictures of what its like now.

if you can you may want to change the top arms so the rose joints are further apart, a few people have used frames with a similar top arm setup and experienced bent joints, something along the lines of the minitec honda subframes is a neat solution, jsut incase you wernt aware of the issue :)

cheers i will just have to try it, gone a bit to far to change it now, however the rose joints are 5/8'' so they are pritty strong,
well i did do a bit of work on my land rover today aswell, think i might of got a bit confused, haha,

jesus man, youve put a lot of work into it! looking good, it certainly looks STRONG. but are you sure it will be light?, with a space frame and a steel shell........still,it wont need to be light with a 2.0 redtop
what you planning to do with it when your done? track days or race?

just very interessted what hight everything sits at. ie the side sill lip at front and height of the sump. i just need to guage the height of ur lump in relation to the body.
