Fuel pump

Whats a good one 2 get - someone told me an XR2i one would do? - any sugestions? Also - how does it connect - the civic has a fuel filter that the fuel line goes to and then then it goes from two funny connections!! to the fuel rail. Do i need to use these funny connections?!! or can I just get an in line fuel filter and connect it with standard connections?

If anyone has any idea what I am on about please help!

So, does it really matter what pump I use or does it have to be able to pump a certain amount per min? Any idears.

in the end yes , any pump will do .. as long as it can get the flow .. and PSI that is needed.
