1275 or bigger engine

i would like the above must be working or anyone got good place to get recons. been going to slark race engineering he wants 600 -700 to fit a 1275 that has been reconditioned, is this about right

I am not sure if that is right down in Englandcestershire but I know that to change a Mini Engine would take me no longer than a day and at £20per hr that makes £160 and that is me taking my time......
