I'm having trouble tracking down a injection tank for a reasonable price, so i'm begining to warm to the idea of a seperate fuel pump on the rear subframe with a t piece between the pump and tank for the return line. This seems pretty straight forward but i'm unsure what pump to use - can anybody advise me which one would be suitable?

Hi Picadilly,

I have a spare SPI injection tank, only prob is I did a bit of a mod on it that may not be suitable for your use!

Basically, I ended up cutting off the metal bracket (don't ask why!!) that holds the fuel pump in place. There's no reason why you couldn't secure it back on using Nylon cable ties or something, but if you're interested you can have it delivered for £20 - assuming you live on Mainland UK.

The tank comes with fuel pump, and fuel sender unit.

PM me if you're interested.

And by the way. The tank is in perfect condition (apart from my little mod), and cost me £72 delivered.
