metro k frame

has anyone ever kept any info on modifying a k frame???
i'm just wondering what size to make the towers once i have the frame out and ready to modify.

Hopefully he should have some more updates soon - went round the other day and he's working on the suspension at the mo (which I'll be copying if it all works ok !!!). He's also extended the side of the frame upto the mini cross member now for a bit more support !

I will send you some measurements for the towers that I fabricated when I next get into the garage. And the current position they sit in the frame (this has been changed three times now to get the frame as far back to the bulk head as possible).
