Moved to build diarys
Very nice frame, looks similar to smurfies frame, did you use his frame post for inspiration.
In my opinion people from holland speak better english than most the english people i know. Me and the girlfriend are planning to move to holland once we have our uni finished :).

how good is that. my first pic! i'm excited this is a shot with the engine in place in my own mini. used a old mini from a friend for the first try's. have a little clearence problem with one of the tie rods. so a modification there is needed.
the exhaust manifold is a janspeed one. but it sticks out of the front by a inch. so don't no what to do abaut that. maybe buy a original one.
will upload some more pics if i have time.
cheers frank

not yet :( it needs an fuelpump and some wiring to do. bought it as a complete car tho. and the engine still puls at 170 km/h!! so it was running properly. the ports are a little tweeked. just some castbumps that my mate grinded away. new gaskets, he grinded the valves for me ( hell of a job on 16 valver :o ) so thanks wytze for all the work. new belt. so i'm sure it will run once the wether gets a little better and i can work in my garage again without freezin to death.

Oow how far out does the Janspeed stick?
i.e. how does it compare with the stock manifold (if you have one)?

Is this already a running car or still a project. I am curious because I am from Eindhoven. I see that you frame is even lower as mine... Tonight I am gonna fit the frame including the engine into the mini.
