My mate has the above going free to a good home!! i've got the tape measure out an it WILL go but i've had a drive of the car an the tickover does what it want between 1200rpm an 2000rpm. I remember someone saying something bout a stepper motor?? Please help as the engine is FREE!!!!!!!!!! :P

If it is the stepper motor you could pick a complete injection manifold up quite cheap, I saw a few rovers at Farmers scrappy in Willenhall last week.
