coil overs

I'm running spax coil overs on my clubby could anybody tell me the best spring ratting, the cars a clubby with a standard 1.4 k series thanks for any help.

Hi there, this may not be that helpful but my brother runs 325lb springs in the front of his mini, although its KAD powered not K series, although from what i've heard the K series is a similar weight to the A series, or possibly even lighter so i would guess that between 300 and 350lb would be in the right area.

All depends how the coilovers are mounted, where the pivots are etc - there was a good thread on this a while back :
