I have just collected a Swift GTI and plan to join the 16 valve mini suzuki club :D I have a pickup to put the motor in and plan to fit a turbo.
You will be hearing a fair bit from me looking for advice over the next few months.

What Mark/Year engine are you using?
Are you going to do any work to the engine or just bolt the turbo on?

I dont know much about it its a 1298cc registered in march 1996 eng no is g13b284896.Its a MK3
I havnt planed anything yet about tuning.

I need a subframe for a MK3 I see the one www.16vminishop.co.uk is for a MK1 any one know what the difference is.

Hi,

Gearbox mount is only the difference.
Mk1-Mk3, all of the engine block has same holes drilled and tapped.
You just need to deal with under gearbox I think.
