I have a spare head (g13b mk1) that i will send away to Mike Cowe, Canada
Do you guys think this is a good deal? (He supposed to be pretty good)

"I think you would be happy with the 210/340 cams. I have customers making power to 8500+ RPM with that profile, on fairly stock motors.
They will give you a slightly rough idle, and make very strong power from
about 3500RPM-up
I am not currently taking on any headwork, but would be happy to do your
head later in the year.
You would be looking at about $750 + shipping for a total rebuild,
including cams, porting, and machining for higher compression, if you
desire.
This would be on your head."

I've been talking w/ Mike for a few weeks and he seems like a good guy. I was thinking about going w/ his cams, but I was going to do my own headwork. His prices are usually pretty good and 750 including cams is what I would consider a very good deal.
I'm actually working w/ the SOHC 16v head, not the DOHC, but I'll probably go about 11:1 compression w/ about that same cam profile and some mild porting.
I went w/ the SOHC because it gives you a bit more room to work w/ fitting it all under the hood. I think there will be enough extra room to mount the alternator properly, but we'll see once I get to that point.
