Coil Spring Vs. Coil Over

Hi all you swift racers.

My shopping list is in the final page, and I need to by som god handeling suspention.

Does any one here have any coment on witch suspention to go for?

I am looking for the good and bad side.

Thats quite a hard question. I use coil overs but have never tried the donut replacement springs.

The coil overs will weigh less and probably cost more.
Another thing to consider is what the car will be used for. If its more for race than comfort i would fit the coil overs. If its more for road fit springs.

I forgot to say that i had all standard geometry but the coilovers appeared to improve the handling considerably. I only had a 998ccA+ though.
