Good luck with the AWD build... let's keep in touch as I'm doing the AWD conversion but with B18C4 up the front in the MTB2 frame...
Have a look here... http://www.16vminiclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21818
Luckily you seem to have one of the correctly jigged rear frames there but, for gods sake, check the rear Mini Tec driveshafts are right... they did have a spate of sending out the wrong ones (one could be WAY to short) along with a host of other cock ups...

hi brumski been having a look at yours must say you are making a cracking job, would like to keep intouch as you are more advandced in the build than we are looks like you have encountered problems. we are using the MTB3 front frame with the longer flip front we havent started puttng anything together yet just making space & sorcing parts ie mx5 read discs & hubs propshaft crv cv joints we are going to use metro 4 pot calipers & vented discs on the front which we have got
have you decided how you are going to do your exhaust

have you decided how you are going to do your exhaust
As the tunnel is mostly taken up with the prop, I'm running the exhaust low... basically below the floor line with a slim cherry bomb in the middle then fixed to the rear frame as it runs underneath... then it'll double back on itself as I'll fit a rear silencer where the original underslung tank was...
Wasn't too keen on the Mini Tec side exit solution.
Have worked out it'll not hang down an lower than a hanging exhaust on an Mpi as they seem to hang down like a bunch of grapes !!

need some wide arches if you could help thanks...Jasper
From when I spoke to Mini Tec, if using 13x7 alloys with an ET -7 offset, the arches don't actually have to be that big...
I'm hoping to possibly use Group 2's... will only know when I get the wheels on the car.
