Mini LIMO

I have this project almost a year now, But having an original Mini engine would defeat it's purpose. I'm just polishing my Vtec onversion and as I'm done with my Green machine I think I'll start finishing this one.
Specs:
D15b autotrans, 12" TV, 12V Mini ref, JBL entertainment System, Sportspac arches, Sports Pac alloys. Silver body with red leather interior and wrap around airconditioning.

Love it Fab! Have you done the shell build or did you buy it like that?

I saw a finished one at last years Mini in the Park and love the idea of it. They also had a not quite to extended 4 door Mini which looked really funky.

MIniMad I have reinforced the flooring using fabricated channels, 2 channels extend from subframe floor mount and goes thru the back and again 2 at the side sills. and also 2 sets of crossmembers( The one box section where the seats bolted on) So i had a ladder type frame. Very sturdy!:D

Coupe I did do everything in my shop, It's a Mini 35 that came from Japan ,I get a bit adventurous in doing this limo .Get a slightly damage Mini, add 2 doors and that's it, :D

Hykrem: The colored picture of the limo I just crop it to show what I wanted it to look after the full restoration, with regards to the hinges ... well mine doesn't have one.:D

Looks nice although i personally would get rid of the external hinges as it looks weird with the rear set :/ going to be a very interesting project though my friend :D

No external hinge for me, And I'm really sorry guys the build photos of the shell was not documented, but I'll give you detail pictures of the body, Stay tuned, I just have have removed the A+, nothing spectacular at the moment.:)
