VTEC gurus

Another question, it appears from some of the gallery photos that there is some forward tilt to the engine block.
How much can you safely tilt the block fwd from the verticle and still have the lubrication system operate correctly?

My engine is as upright as i could make it but it still looks like it is angled forward. alot of this is the rocker cover is sloped towards the front.

A few degrees shouldnt make too much difference.
