anyway i am looking into fitting a vauxhall engine probly a 1.6 8v to begin just purched mathews converson guide so that has cleard alot up for me, so realy just after advice and tips from some experienced people like your selfs :p in what is best to do.

to get the shell, subrame and doors ext primed an sprayed first befor fitting the engine and bearing in mind some body pandles mite need triming an drillin to fitt the subframe?

im thinkin i want to keep the round nosed front end, but get it fibreglass an fliping up to make it easyer to get at the engine (want to make it easy as possible) and going down the allspeed subframe and also what would i really need to buy from them trying to keep it low cost but again im not best mechanicly minded so dont want to be cutting an shutin old bit.

hope its made a good read for some of you and give you a good laugh at my novicness haha cheers any advice will be greatly welcome and gratefull!! :) :)

Speaking in English so that people can understand you will normally get you off to a good start!

In all seriousness, use the search function, everything you need to know will be found there. I should know, ive just completed a 1.6 8v conversion, it wouldnt have been possible without the assistance of the guys from this forum.

We're a helpful bunch (honest guv), but only to those who are willing to help themselves and show a little initiative... e.g. USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION

You're turning into me - and I'm turning into my da, so God help both of us.
