Well, here goes, finally decided to start my build thread, i have a 1977 mini clubman :) and it needs some work ;)
I was considering a 1275 as do most, but dad told me about a k series engine from a metro, looked up some figures on the car, decision made, project started :P

Below, when i bought it, looking a little sorry for itself

We decided to repair the body from the back forward. I started with removing the battery box.

Looks like you got a lot more back from blasting than some do :D When you fit the outer sills, make sure you cut those ones down to the same width as the originals and ensure the vents are open - closed vents cause all sorts of rust issues!

Good luck with the build,

JR
