Carbs???

I know the SAE conversion can use SU's but has anyone used twin 40/45 webers?? I would have thought that a better way to go? apart from the noise :twisted:

The engine I've got is a D16a6 non vtec out of an early CRX, going into a clubby shell, and I'm trying to keep the thing as simple as poss, cos I'm an old git and I know about carbs, but electronics is a dark art to me :?:

not sure about carbs .. but i did not know anything about fuel injection untill i built my own ECU , using motorbike throttle bodies .

thats what i have made , total cost so far about 250 quid (thats including the making the ECU and buying throttle bodies )

Its just I've got a pair of 45 dcoes off an esprit turbo sitting in my garage! and they are the sealed type...so I could turbo it at a later date :twisted:
