I have met a few guys whom can chip/ hondata the ecu's(OBD 0 OBD 1) and i don't mean super chip, I mean a real accurate programme, which will benefit the ECU, I still need to discuss what money is envolved, but the guys are very helpful :)

Is your Unit a B16A2? and the loom, if not you cant Use OBD1 :(

I had this discussion with a honda mechanic on saturday, as I have an A1 with OBD 0, basically, the sensors on the units are different, there are more sensors on the A2 aswell, and it will constantly show up fault codes :(

Sh*t - dont say that - I have been to two boards and posted topics about this subject and they both suggested that it would be no problem. Loads of ppl have swapped from 0BD2 - OBD1 - I mean you can buy the harness conversions from loads of places in the USA so they obviously do it a lot. :?

Yeah paul, looks as if you can achieve this with the adapter harness ( Sorry if your heart skipped a beat  ) When talking with Stu, I was making reference to plug and play with OBD 0 loom and OBD 1 ECU, read the post today, replied, and then read you got her running on the non tec OBD 2, popped over to see Stu again with regards to my PCV system and mentioned this conversion loom, he replied " well you never asked about a conversion loom, just if the two would plug and play" and to think he works on peoples hondas all day
