Already done with the frame and mounting, Bought a Honda Rad in aluminum but this wont fit. I would appreciate any cheapest/practical solution. TNX!

Already modify the frame from this..

to this.

that clears the rad area.

If you bought a full aluminium radiator then you could consider chopping it down and re-welding like I did (some pics in my build). If its aluminium with plastic tanks then you won't be able to modify.
However I think minitec get away with using a standard size rad - although the front cross member of their frame is very low to allow maximum rad height.

Make sure the light bowl fits without hitting the rad. My setup (minitec ) only as 1/2 inch clearance.
Nice progress m8

I hope I won't be chopping a lot from my head lamp bowl. But by the looks of it , it actually clears the rad about 10cm. By the way Freebies I'm really sorry I haven't sent you the picture of the conversion we did on the Cabrio , I left it to my friend's garage for sale, I'll be visiting him this coming holiday, I'll sent you the conversion ASAP. ;-)
