i am seriously considering purchasing this. however i need a job lol
so if its still on the market when i get a job. (interview on friday XD)
then ill start looking at costs and everything
i live in san antonio, tx, usa btw lol so if you have any idea on shipping that would be great
and would you be willing to finance?
i would prefer not to have to go thru a bank with as hard as it is to get a loan these days...

Sadly i am not a financial institution in any way! Plus the primary purpose of selling the car is to help with my next house purchase! So yes it would be good for you to go through the bank!!
Good luck with the job interview, i hope to hear from you soon.
@Kris, i'm only selling it mate not scrapping it! time for someone else to enjoy her:D one day i will be able to finish the vvc one!

Well you don't have to be a financial institution to let someone pay you in installments. they have personal contracts and everything for it lol
but i understand, whenever i land a job ill start looking at banks and stuff

ok why is everyone so surprised that i want to finance this?
not everyone can really afford to just buy something outright...
i already have a daily driver completely paid for
and now i just want something to have fun with
and i will not be in a situation to just buy something like that for a long time.

Its not the fact that you want to finance it, its the way you asked to do it. Nobody in the right mind would accept to "personally" allow you pay in instalments.
You would have to go to a bank and get a loan

The reason that the banks are funny about lending money is cos they got burned when folks stopped repaying them (they were buying each other's debt too doh!) ........ and it manifested itself in the USA.
.......... so cos it's difficult to borrow from a bank, it seems appropriate to borrow from/lend to total strangers.
The worlds got totally fucked up!!! Whatever happened to the idea that you shouldn't live beyond your means, or in other words don't buy what you can't afford to pay for.
I really really want a brand new Porsche 911, will any of you guys lend me the pennies?
Good luck wit the sale of your car Mr Mallot.:cool::cool::cool::cool:

do you guys have any idea what personal financing is???
two individuals sign a legal contract binding one person (buyer) to pay the other (seller) said amount in said monthly installments
the seller of the item being purchased doesn't lend the person any money whatsoever!!!
but nvm i already found someone else who is smart enough to understand the concept of personal financing and i will have the car soon

Surely giving someone £8k worth of car before all the installments are paid is technically like loaning someone £8k?:rolleyes:
