I was just wondering if anybody had any blue prints or drawings with measurements for frames for g13b's?

Sorry I don't have any drawings or measurements but I think there is a couple of photos of my frame during fabrication in my gallery.

My suggestion to you is to get a clear picture in your mind of what's required then cut your way in and weld you way out.
