Arent most of those just a mini bodyshell on a Pulsar frame?

on a slightly side note, wasn't there talk of him carrying out these coversions on a drive in drive out basis? (although what car do you drive in? )
I liked that conversion when I first read about it on The Mini Forum (http://www.theminiforum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=57644)
Vastly underrated engine due to the pea shooter exhaust, and poor manifold designs (well for power anyway). Replace those with decent items and it'll give a Suzuki GTi engine a run for it's money (as they come pretty highly tuned from the factory).
The fact it fits into a roundnose with 'just' a modified mini subframe makes me wonder why more people don't have a go. Guess the reputation of the Micra as a shopping trolley with no power puts people off.
Any ideas how to convert to to a hydraulic clutch and a cable change gearbox? I'd really quite like to fit one to the buggy (freestyle).
