View Full Version : VTEC conversion under way!
Hi all, just thought I'd say I'll officially be a VTEC owner soon as it's now living at Watsons Rally till it's done!
On a crazy note, Geoff's nearly done on a 2.0 Civic Type R lump, which should be throwing around at least 250horses which just sounds fappin' mental!
Geoff's ringing me this week to confirm, but should be collecting on Saturday :D
After surfing on this forum however over the last 6 weeks I feel a bit depressed that I'm not able enough to do the conversion myself as it seems like brilliant fun carrying it out yourself... Ah well.... Builds character in some weird kind of way I guess

Yup, no probs, so long as the excitement doesn't kill me! :D  :D
I'll take some digi's next week and send them to ya buddy, thanks! 8)
PS, apologies for my completely idiot username, I'm really bad at making these up!!
I got some pics of my badboy!!
Where do i send them to??
Do you know something….. I knew the performance on these vtec malarkey engines was good, and I was expecting it to be outstanding, but after driving mine for the first day, it’s on another planet!! Wowowowowowowowowowowowowowow!!!! I completely annoyed a civic type R, amongst a load of other motors, I just can’t belive just how adjustable the performance is!!! Sorry I’m ranting….
Basically I’m absolutely stoked beyond belief

Glad to hear your on the road, can't wait for that moment myself. After 5 years of building its more than character building  but should be great when its done. (has it really been that long :!: )
