mini world feature.

just thought i would tell you all that mini world are doing a feature on my car, they phoned me yesterday and arranged the photo shoot for the 27 th of novemember. bill solis is doing the feature which iam pleased about, i dont know how long it will be before the magazine comes out,but i will keep you posted.
this means more expense though,as i was taking the car off the road for the winter,and i will need to get it tuned up again as i put a new hybrid turbo on it , but iam sure it will be worth it.

this new turbo is been a bit of pain,it boosts up at 2700 rpm instead of 3500 rpm for the old so it feels smoother but it dosent kick you in the nads like the old one did! but i need it on the rolling road again to sort it out properly and see what boost its running at.

not sure about boost yet as the factory gauge is very inaccuate and i dont have another one installed yet, i have done a 13.2 at york dragway,but everyone reckons that if you go to santa pod you can knock 0.5 secs off because the track is alot better but i cant say for sure.
the old turbo was running at 14psi on a standard engine so i was happy with that time,but its a very heavy car at 1020kgs so it needs alot of grunt to make it go!
