Is there any body panel extension made in the Suzuki engine conversion? And is there anyone know some workshop will do the conversion for my mini in NEW ZEALAND? :(
There is no need to extend the front as the G13B Suzuki will fit in (just).
Sorry I don't know of anyone that could carry out the conversion for you.

What about the bulkhead?
Does this need to be altered?

Nope, you can even use the standard suspension if you want to 8)

Cheers Jimbo.
How come there's some of the Suzuki conversions that have have the bulkhead chopped?
Is that just to accommodate the R1 carbs?

Yes, for those how build it whit crabs the mainfold is taking too much space...
I did the conversion whitout changing anything except the subframe... 8)

how hard exactly was it making the subframe?? was it pretty basic????
another question, i hear u can use all the zukis suspension as well?? does this mean i could just go get a zuki, and basically swap it all??? and then have a lil aftermarket support afterwards??? thanks.

bump, more info please!! (how was the subframe created mainly,) and would there be any possibility to move the engine forward (having a clubman) and have r1 carbs without cutting the bulk?? thanks!!
I'm not sure about the R1 carbs without modifying the bulk head.. But I'm pretty sure it's possible, probably more so in a clubman.
Why would you want to use the suzi suspension? What's wrong with mini suspensions? minis have already proven themselves around corners.. I'd stick with it.

oh, ok, very nice, how do you go about with the subframe??? does anybody have a pic of the Suzi subframe, and the Mini Subframe (seperate images...) then have another image of the final product??? that would be top notch!! thanks!!
