im runnign a rad from a square-headlighted nissan micra, its very small and thick, kinda like the mini one except allloy, works a treat, i believe (from pics) picKup is also runnign this radiator.

The metro rad is also a good choice, only prob is one end tank wil generally be very close to the exhaust and space for a fan is limited due to the water takeoff on teh front of the block, i have made an adaptor that swings this pipe out to under the dizzy to get more room for a rad, can take pics if you want.

not useing the expansion tank, i was guna origionally, but there was no room for it. so jsut out a bolt in teh hose that leads to it, and plumbed the rad in as if it didnt have a rad-cap(the cap on the rad is now essentially a glorified bleed nipple), and used the rover 400 donor header tank.
Also used a base model pug106 fan as its very very slim :)

5kmiles so far and never overheated, from idleing in traffic for hours in hot weather with teh heater off, to top speed runs on private ground!

Munching food the now but wil get a pic once i finish :)
