I managed to get a little more done on the turbo manifold, pics and an update are on my site http://www.themininut.com/Turbomanifoldbuild.htm

I've decided to do a generic collector flange so that I can use my P1 (IHI) turbo until I can get a hold of a garret T34 unit. I'm hoping to have the collector done and the manifold finished in a couple of weeks, maybe even this weekend. Then I can make a start on the tuned inlet manifold and plenum.

None, will just have to nip a little metal out of the front panel, else will fit fine (he says hoping!). I'm making a new front end over the winter anyway as this one has started to "weather" with 3 years abuse.

close to 400 with 1.5 bar of boost shouldn't be much of a problem, then maybe another 100-150 with gas. I already have launch control and a torque bais diff. I'm also planning on changing my management system to one that includes traction control.

shouldn't be a problem getting down in the 11's, Nathan Dobbs was running 320 and had a 12.03 a couple of years ago with the NA vaux lump, with same sort of setup as mine.

Reliability wont be an issue, the bottom end is bullet proof, spent over a year getting the bit and bobs together, and its cost a fortune so far. I should see close on 600 before I have to worry about blowing a head gasket.

Lets just say a lot of thought has and will be applied.
