Mike, I picked that site up some time ago from a thread on another forum. At the moment I can't remember where. As I get older if I don't write every thing down the memory loss starts to kick in.

What about a new project, a Twini-VTEC! If you used a couple of automatics it would make it easier. Not sure where the gas tank would sit, but it would go pretty fast, at least in a straight line! Who going to take this one on?

Its basically that huge amounts of power driving the rear wheels, with a heavyish rear engine, in a short wheel base, light car, is not a recipie for for great handling. The rear end will always be trying to overtake the front on corners, and UNLESS you are a very good driver, you will end up facing the wrong way.

However, the closer to the middle of the car the engine gets, the better it gets, which is what most people are trying to do now.

That rear engined RS turbo Mini that wins at the showdown every year must be horrible on the track. Hence the reason we haven't seen it on one yet...
