Wiring Nightmare.

Ive had to look at re doing my wiring loom and most of the wire is starting to perish. Does anyone know of someone who could make me a new loom to include extra switchs and some dails,but also to include an alarm so it all looks factory. Must be in the west midlands.

sorry mate i dont know of anyone in your area, however if you get miniworld magazine, then around 2 or 3 months ago, i remember a 850 supercharger mini which had the old cotton insulated wiring loom, the bloke was saying that he had a new replica loom made, think it was some firm down your way, if you want i'll have rout through.

Some company called autosparks are also able to do what you want - OR (this is what i'd do) buy a good loom from a mini place, unwrap it, add/remove whatever wires you want, then re-wrap it usingf the pukka loom tape from vehicle wiring products. This is what i've done on my turbo and the C16SE mini - it looks REALLY good, and costs little apart from a few hours of time! :lol:
