Hi all,
just had my new inlet manifold and modified crank pulley delivered today - not a good day ! Crank pulley is nackered due to being packaged so badly - bit of a bugger since it was mine they were modifying..
Anyway, main reason for the post - the inlet manifold has been made with 50mm bores in the plate to mount the TB's to, welded to 40mm bore pipes- am I right in thinking the flow is gonna be terrible when fuel/air mixture leaves the 40mm thorttle bodies, then travels for 10mm (yes 10mm - the plate is 10mm thick steel - overkill ????!) through a 50mm bore, then back to 40mm bore ??
Any advice would be handy as I'll probably phone over the weekend to complain about the crank pulley that I paid £50 to be machined and is now fit for the bin...
